Words hold power. They have the power to lift up as well as the power to break down others around us. Because of the intrinsic power of what we say, it is important as parents to intentionally and routinely speak positive words to children. Words convey more than the literal meaning – they express the love, care and concern we have for each unique child. Positive words can also build self confidence in children. If a child finishes a project or does well on a school assignment, positive feedback from each parent will give the child the confidence he or she needs to take on the next project or assignment with the same enthusiasm and work ethic. Children are learning and exploring each and every day, and they often look for feedback from those around them. It may be tempting to assume that your children know that you are proud of them or know that you love them, but what kids need most is the everyday, direct, positive feedback that will give them the confidence to overcome any challenge that they may face. By consistently offering positive and encouraging words to your children, you, as a parent, encourage them to follow the right path. Kids are looking for direction and guidance from their role models, and parents have the responsibility to positively reinforce their achievements and successes, while also steering them away from negative influences and temptations. Consistently engaging in positive, meaningful conversations with each of your children will show them that they are a valued, unique individual with self-worth. Kids develop their sense of self-confidence as they experience the world, and you can help them develop self-worth by verbally praising and encouraging them through all they do.

The madness for Nike Dunk SB breeds fake shoes too. I was curious to see one such thing and was shown the one called “What the Dunk” with the logo on the insoles. Holy Jesus! But there are some exclusively made Nike Dunk SB shoes particularly for sports persons participating in unexpected disciplines like running race, marathon, high and long jumps. Another interesting pair is the special edition Piazza Dunk SB; it was named after former amateur skater, Wieger Van Wageningen of Holland. Nike also has a strange edition named as Nike Dunk SB FLOM “for love or money”. As these are rarest of the rare, collector prices for them often crosses US$9,000. However, watchout before you shell out money, these reputed editions are amongst most faked ones and are being sold as “variants” of their original selves. Dunks come in countless possible designs, colors and different models such as Notebook dunks, Jordunks, Dunk Lo, HI, CL, SB, and premium. Don’t be surprised to see a Dunk with an embroidered letter in an atypical box. There are editions to commemorate holidays, Christmas and Valentine's Day. Understandable, sometimes the Dunks take the name used to design them; for example, Laser Dunks feature laser-engraved artwork, Dunks using British tweed fabric bears the name Harris Tweed Dunks and you always have The Inside Out Dunks to surprise you.

While finalizing the design, you must make sure that the design looks good in black and white also. Color emphasis and enhances the logo of a company but it should look good without any color also. Not all the logo designs need a 'mark'. People normally think that a logo is a combination of a logotype and a graphical symbol. So, when you sit down to design grabbing a pen and paper in your hand helps a lot in designing a stunning idea for your design. A simpler logo is memorable and timeless. logo design ideas

Draw any of ideas down with pencil as much as you can. Please note that you'd better draw black-and-white logos as drafts at the beginning. It is a practical way for you to distinguish better and weak designs. Sometimes, more means less. More font styles existing in one design may cause chaotic problems. Too many factors cannot grab the attentions. People may not catch the focus of your design. So if not necessary, please use just one or two font styles in your logo. Actually, most of logo designs are combination logos, which include symbol and logo text together. In the case, we only need one type of font style for matching. If you are not willing to design multi-color or rainbow logos, do not use three colors in one logo. It only made your logo flowery but not beautiful. Unique logo design concept is always driven by the different business locations, objectives and also your client's ambitions. If follow other's design, you will get nothing but just the accusation of plagiarism.

cool logo ideas

Sometimes irregular shapes, unlike others, can lead the way in logo designs. So keeps your brain ticking over and do some changes on details. It will make your logo standing out. Note: using vector rather than bitmap image since bitmap is not a good choice for stretching. Jagged edges always make the logo design go down. DO NOT make the logos more and more complex. Simple logos are usually more memorable than others. Do not let your logo get too complicated, only if you are confident that you can control the complex huge designs. DO NOT leave logo without drop shadow and gradient. There are some long-standing effects that most designers often used. For example, you can use shadow, reflection, glow, and gradient. Try to use them flexibly, but not frequently. Please note again, less is more and less is better. Learn and get inspired from other designers' logo artworks. Try to find out the ingenious creations and also the shortcomings of their work. But don't copy them. Please refer to the next tip.
